**About the team...**

Our Project Delivery teams primarily focus on the full project management life cycle of the implementation of our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) - from pre-deal, through to the design, construction, installation, testing and ‘go-live’ (with all the process and portfolio management in between). This department is instrumental in ensuring we deliver these CFCs on time, to budget, and to the specific requirements of each client.
- Please note, this role is based at our Head Office in Hatfield, UK & can require prolonged international travel as well as flexibility to working hours will be required. We're also happy to talk flexible working with you._

**What will you do?**- Create and maintain a project schedule following Tech Operations schedule management planning procedures and scheduling best practice.- Coordinate and manage inputs from across the project team and other SMEs within the business, working collaboratively and effectively to produce the projects schedule deliverables.- Devise and handle all schedule-based resource management deliverables and supporting documents including material demand schedules and people resource outputs.- Hold work package owners accountable for their deliverables and progress reporting.- Update progress for all Project Management, Partner & minor functions work packages, ensuring to communicate relevant scheduling information out to the project team to drive the flow of work through the project.- Report on critical path and changes to key milestones and stage gates to senior stakeholders, with accuracy and integrity.- Supporting the Project Lead (or delegate) in change, risk and issue identification, impact analysis and mitigation by providing a schedule perspective.- Coordinate and lead schedule development workshops, collaboration sessions and regular 1 to 1 schedule reviews with key work package owners.- Previous proven experience as a project scheduler or similar.- Strong IT skills, being proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite and relevant experience of Schedule Management tools.- Demonstrable time management and planning skills in a previous role.- Prior experience of budget and financial management awareness and understanding of commercial impacts.- Appreciation and aptitude to debate detail (both technical and commercial) with both internal and external parties.- Commercial awareness and consider cost impacts on decisions and proposals- Confidence in presenting a variety of formats and styles, with the ability to adapt communication skills for the right audience
