Job Role
- Provide support in the acquisition of new clients
- Provide support in the retention of existing clients through the renewal process
- Handle client queries on products and services provided
- Participate in meetings, both internal and external
- Maintain and develop relationships both internally and externally
- Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
- General office administration

Key Skills & Knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- A reliable, articulate and self-motivated individual
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational skills and an understanding of how to prioritise.
- Good standard of English, both spoken and written

This is what we can offer you

You can expect to receive training and support until you’re fully competent in the role. You will receive focused, on the job, one-on-one training and will work very closely with your Line Manager for continual support. We believe in the value of developing our people and we offer educational resources to further your knowledge in the field. Additionally, you will be enrolled onto the Insurance Professional Level 4 CII qualification with an external training provider as we value both your personal and professional development. At the end of the training you will be a qualified Insurance advisor.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000 (based on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
