LHH are pleased to be partnering with one of our Surrey based clients to recruit for them a Reward Consultant on a FTC initially for 3 months. This role will be reporting to the Chief People and Technology Officer, and this role is is an integral part oftheir People team.

The Reward Consultant will be responsible for Reward and Benefits operations across the business including executive remuneration, salary reviews, bonus and commission schemes, job evaluation, benchmarking, HR reporting and benefits. This is a hands-on roleand the consultant will be involved in all reward areas from operation matters such as analysis and benchmarking through to supporting strategic initiatives.

**Job Accountabilities**
- Responsible for Reward and Benefits operations across the business
- Responsible for the deployment of the company's variable pay schemes including bonus and commission schemes and share plans
- Review the company benefits scheme to ensure competitiveness, good levels of service, value for money and synergy across the business areas (where appropriate)
- Manage all benefit renewals across the business
- Act as the main point of contact for the long-term incentives for eligible employees
- Responsible for People reporting including the gender pay report and monthly metrics
- Responsible for job evaluation and benchmarking of roles
- Supports the development and execution of the Reward strategy which is aligned to the People and business strategies
- Subject matter expert for all reward matters
- Analyse external reward trends and put forward recommendations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, commercial environment, and will have strong background in operational Reward and Benefits
- International experience an advantage but not essential
- Experience of mergers and acquisitions would be advantageous but not essential
- Have a proactive, pragmatic and positive approach to work
- Be a strong team player and able to demonstrate flexibility with workload/resources
- Advanced IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook and PowerPoint
- Good Knowledge of using an HRIS
- WTW global grading methodology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Good knowledge of GDPR and confidentiality related to Reward and Benefits and the wider HR environment
- Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multitask
- Resilient and able to work in an organisation undergoing frequent change due to development and growth.

Our client is looking for someone who has WTW global grading methodology knowledge and can start within the next few weeks or sooner. This is a full time position with some flexibility on the hours but ideally 5 days per week with 2 of those days in theirSurrey office.
