- We are looking for a passionate People Generalist to join our driven People Team at Moonpig Group._

As a People Generalist, you'll work at our Tamworth site in the UK and report to the Head of People Operations. Your main responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and management in various areas, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration - inclusive of data support for payroll. You'll play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise employees and managers on our policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Resolve employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions based on company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations management and the Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate data processing, including overtime.
- Support performance management by guiding managers and employees in goal setting, performance feedback, and development plans.
- Work with the L&D Coordinator to identify training needs and coordinate relevant initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and analyses as required.
- Collaborate with the People Partner to develop action plans that drive employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with site management to develop flexible workforce strategies and employee engagement plans aligned with our values.

**You'll be a great fit if you have**:

- Previous experience as a People Generalist, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose effective solutions based on data and information analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Experience working in a busy People function and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick grasp of new systems and a proactive approach to finding more efficient ways of working.
- CIPD or other HR-related qualifications (desirable).
