An exciting opportunity has arisen at Timet UK, for an EBM Operator, based at the Witton Plant.

As part of the role, you will also support the Finance department in:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the manufacture of Raw Materials into electrode form, ready for melting.
- Transport and handle material using forklift trucks, cranes, and slinging systems, as and when required.
- Support and contribute to the area’s lean assessment process with the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques to maintain and improve the processes within the area.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities to maintain and improve 6s standards and auditing systems.

**Experience and Qualification/Education Requirements**
- High safety focus.
- Previous welding experience in a heavy engineering industry.
- Ability to drive a Forklift Truck and operate crane / lifting equipment desirable (although full training will be given).
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Work in a team environment towards business goals and objectives.
