Job Title: Front of House Staff

Brix Coffee Co is a fast-paced and dynamic specialty coffee shop that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee. We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our team in Doncaster.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the coffee shop and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks, as well as food items.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and toilets.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including coffee machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Restock supplies as needed, including cups, lids, and other items.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee brewing methods preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.48-£11.15 per hour
