We are looking for trustworthy, well-presented front of house staff to supplement our existing team. Your role will be to guarantee that guests enjoy a flawless dining experience.


To be successful as front of house staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and adept at working well under pressure.

Remarkable front of house staff will provide all guests with impeccable service and maintain a comfortable dining environment, whilst performing other expected duties involved with the running of the restaurant.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and cater to any of their requirements.
  • Nurture frequent diners to enhance customer retention.
  • Serve guests to the restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
  • Maintain stock of essential tableware and condiments within server stations.
  • Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant.
  • Clean tables and other surfaces.
  • Set tables accordingly and ensure they're ready for the next guests.
  • Enforce restaurant standards at all times.
  • To perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
