Partnerships Officer

West London Zone is an early intervention charity. We help children and young people build the relationships and skills they need to get on track Socially, Emotionally and Academically, believing that by targeting these key areas of development we can empower children to fulfil their potential. The Partnerships Officer will support the smooth running of the Delivery Partnership by carrying out a range of administrative and systems tasks and project/event management cross organisationally. This role sits at the centre of a busy and friendly team and provides the opportunity to grow and develop first-hand experience in supporting project management, managing events and working across the organisation, this is an ideal role for someone who is keen to join a team at a time of ambitious organisational growth.
Role Summary
- Support the administration of the “Evolve” online system for planning high quality, safe, well organised trips and visits.
- Attend the Delivery/Business Development planning meetings and work closely with Business Development team where community projects/initiatives/opportunities may benefit and/or involve children and their families.
- Support the Partnerships Manager with the setup, coordination and delivery of events and community programmes.
- Scope and maintain accurate, user friendly, Community Linking records, identifying, and meeting gaps where needed.
- Working with the Partnership Manager and Link Work Team coordinate out of school experiences and opportunities for children and their families.
- Attend local network meetings and regularly disseminate local area activity/opportunity information to the local Link Work teams.
- Other administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of the Partnership Team’s objectives
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
