**We are currently recruiting for a Systems Trainer to join our team.**

The role will involve assisting the transition of our colleagues to working in digital environments. The post holder will report and support to the Chief Financial Officer to support the ever-growing adoption of electronic systems across our organisation. **Main responsibilities and duties**:

- Responsibilities for systems trainer:

- Work on various special projects pertinent to the organisation’s digital roll-out agenda
- Co-ordinate with Operational and IT stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and embedding of information systems including the devising of training schedules and activity plans to ensure appropriate resources to deliver the project plan in a timely manner.
- Expedite all questions/problems generated by users regarding information systems and facilitate resolution.
- Review and evaluate data input into the system and provide feedback to senior management where required

**Capabilities for systems trainer**
- Ability to interact, communicate and empathise effectively across all levels of colleagues
- Ability to conduct training (one-on-one, workshops, video, multi-media) effectively
- Ability to use a variety of research tools to develop course material
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise training and support where needed most
- Conduct analysis of current training content and assess need for additional content and recommend changes
- Ability to engage, appreciate and even empathise with all training attendees
- Excellent training experience combined with a tenacious and resilient mentality
- Ability to maintain focus on outcomes with the ability to circumvent presented obstacles
- Proficient use of IT platforms and a quick understanding of less familiar platforms
- Creative and effective methods of evaluating students learning activity
- Provides a continuous learning path for assigned programs and audiences
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
- To help with day-to-day use of systems/answering queries and resolving issues
