Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Group Technical Lead in all areas of the technical department.
- Support the Group Technical Lead to arrange technical staff training.
- Assist in organising technical support from production companies.
- Providing communication between the suppliers and TAG Live internal operations and creative teams.
- Work with the GTL to recruit & onboard AV Technicians in the UK and EU.
- Support the GTL to grow a portfolio of technical staff to react to client requirements.
- Collaboration and networking with recruitment agencies, universities, and technical companies required.
- Support all admin required when purchasing live event technical equipment and office IT Equipment where needed.
- Build communication links to all existing team.
- Assist with budgets and with the procurement of supplies.
- Liaising with existing and new suppliers to ensure the equipment is purchased and delivered in time and on budget.
- Sourcing and negotiating deals with new suppliers.
- Building a portfolio of trusted suppliers.
- Have an understanding of H&S processes and procedures.
- Support the Head of Compliance with admin tasks as required.

This person will:

- Be an extremely organised individual.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Have a proven ability of working with external clients.
- Have a good, positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Have a full UK Driving Licence in order to support with resort visits.
- Have the ability and facilities to work from home.

£25,000 - £30,000
