We are seeking enthusiastic administrator to work in a small team, reporting into our Data and Exams Manager. The working hours will be 8am to 4pm daily (with 30 mins less each week by mutual arrangement = 37 hours) Flexibility is a key element of the role as during exam season there will be a requirement to start earlier than 8am.

In addition to responsibilities shown in the attached Administrator Job descriptions, the role requires
- Administrating all tasks in the planning and physical room set up for internal exams and controlled assessments.
- Maintain the examination entries and information on the SIMS database.
- Input of all examination data, and entries into the relevant systems for the examination boards
- Producing a timetable for exams
- Working alongside colleagues, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collating results and issuing of certificates once provided by the examination board.
- Support preceding data capture, analysis and attend summer exam results days.
- Become a trained exam invigilator
- Work alongside and build positive relations with our invigilator team.
