**We are currently working with Flintshire County Council to help recruit for a Housing Officer,**

To provide a comprehensive Estate Management service to ensure the efficient and effective use of housing stock and promote an effective landlord/tenant relationship.

To maximise the collection of rent income and ensure the management of rent arrears is effectively controlled and carried out.

To work with other Directorates to identify and co-ordinate schemes which improve the environmental element of estate management.
