Agri Systems Support

**DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES***
**JobSupport**
- Resolution of Support calls from end users encompassing; help requests, new products, new vendors etc.
- Escalation of calls which are unable to be resolved and require SME assistance
- Endeavour to resolve calls within agreed SLA with business units.
- Follow Agri IT procedure for call handling
- Undertake RCA to identify and troubleshoot issues as when they present
**Testing**
- Testing of new versions/ builds of software (end to end)
- Testing of Bugs pre & post resolutions
- Testing of interfaces and report
- Complete tests and produce documentation to required standards
- Regression testing as and when required
**Compliance**
- Ensure that the Agri IT Team operate within all policies and procedures
- Support all Internal/External Audits, providing required documentation, RCA and assist in enhancing control processes where possible
**Training**
- Create SOPs & other training materials for new or improved systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to teach other employees about the system and processes.
- Superuser support for all transactions across Agri operational teams.
- Assist in identifying a superuser network throughout the business user groups; support those superusers in enhancing user experience and deployment of new functionality/processes.
**System Maintenance**
- Monitor daily interface reports/logs & resolve issues that have been identified
- Undertake JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) tasks as per agreed process
- System admin tasks as and when required
**Enhance end user experience**
- Review trends to identify areas for potential improvement
- Research emerging technologies, including both hardware and software
- Engage with the business, promoting continuous improvement in all areas ensuring enhancements are viable and deliver value
- Work with stakeholders and project management to ensure delivery of Agri IT commitments
To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste recycling etc.
To assist with any other duties that may be required.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid full driving licence.
- Demonstrative independent and interdependent working.
- Ability to self-motivate and work unsupervised and has good organisational skills.
- Comfortable with travel and work away from home as required.
- Fluency in English and excellent written English skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Problem solving disposition.
