As Regional Director, you will:

- Have full responsibility to shape and develop the North West operation for this major UK insurance broking firm. The business plan is yours to create and deliver.
- Sit on the senior leadership team as Regional Director, with further career opportunities in time and you establish and proceed.
- Be well rewarded - there's a strong £6-figure package available, including generous bonus and robust suite of benefits.
- Enjoy the entrepreneurial approach that the firm takes, there are no barriers here, just a desire to succeed.
- Manage the team covering the North of England - Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire and further afield.

You
- A leader, perhaps already operating at this level within the insurance market, or in a senior sales or operations role and with the confidence in your ability to step up and take the reins as Regional Director.
- Of course you'll be a driven, ambitious individual; but you'll need the nous, commerciality and talent to take on one of the biggest jobs in the North West (Manchester/Liverpool/Cheshire/Lancashire) region's commercial insurance broking market.
