Since 1993 our core business has been quality conversions of listed country properties and other prestigious work including specialist construction projects. We work mainly, but not exclusively, within a radius of 40 miles of Oakham.

Undertaking contracts with a value of up to £3,500,000, in addition to smaller domestic projects.

**Overview**
- Proven experience in similar roles

Experience working independently and as part of a team on construction sites

Proficient in using a variety of hand tools for woodworking (Joiner/Carpenter)

The ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required

Works to meet quality standards and deadlines

Strong attention to detail and initiative

Knowledge of health & safety, and a willingness to complete relevant training to keep up to date with regulatory requirements

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good customer service skills

A full Driving License

Pay: £12.00-£16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
