ROLE PURPOSE:
The Sustainability Reporting role is supporting the delivery and development of Impax’s sustainability reporting and effectively communicating Impax’s leading approach in the transition to a more sustainable economy. Another aspect of the role is client facing, related to Impax’s sustainability client advisory work, contributing to Impax’s response to client sustainability queries, projects and reporting. The role requires expertise of sustainability, as well as coordination across the firm and its departments, and hence strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical.

**ROLE DIMENSIONS**

The role is based within the Impax Sustainability Centre (SC) and reports to Impax’s Head of Sustainability Reporting, based in London. The role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of existing and new sustainability reports and disclosures, as well as contributing to the development and innovation of these, both in terms of automation and value-add content. The Sustainability Reporting role will be responsible for the coordination of Impax’s voluntary, client and regulatory sustainability reporting, the coordination of the Sustainability Centre’s client partnership work, as well as for contributing to Impax’s response to client sustainability queries, projects and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Coordination of sustainability reporting processes and delivery**:

- Help coordinate the process and delivery of Impax’s on-going sustainability reporting
- Industry-linked reporting (UK Stewardship Code statement, CDP, PRI reporting)
- Client
- and investor-related reporting (Impact, Stewardship and Client sustainability reports)
- Regulatory reporting (SFDR, TCFD and Modern Slavery)
- Maintenance and development of Impax’s sustainability-related policies

**Supporting the development of leading sustainability reporting processes**:

- Developing innovation in sustainability reporting
- Thought-leading, value-adding sustainability content
- Improved reporting formats
- Improving processes and enhanced automation of reporting
- Sustainability data automation
- Improved processes and systems, leading to more efficient reporting
- Internal collaboration across Impax’s departments for improved reporting architecture

**Enhancing the client sustainability experience**:

- Coordinating client surveys on sustainability reporting
- Coordinating Impax’s client partnership work
- Contributing to Impax’s response to client sustainability queries, projects and reporting
- Being informed on best reporting practices, evolving regulatory requirements, and emerging standards

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE:
**Essential**:

- 3-5 years of sustainability and/or related reporting experience with leading investment/consulting firm
- Expertise of sustainability and/or sustainable investing
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively across Impax’s different departments
- Quantitative and data management skills are highly desirable

**Desirable**:

- Sustainability-related degree
- Knowledge of the global sustainable finance regulatory landscape
- Quantitative and/or data management experience / qualifications
