FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED ASAP.

FULL FIME POSITION FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE.

Hour of work: 16 - 20 per week.

Temp role: Initial 6 months Location of work: Strensall, York Notes:

- Will need own transport to get to office, no local transport.
- Will need basic Microsoft experience.
- Great starting role for new career
- Working on own 40% of time
- Immediate start
- JD attached We are flexible ref working times and days, suggest min 4 days Monday - Friday can be flexible with times, so base on 4 hrs per day, so can be after 9, before etc and so on, very flexible.

Plan visits to engineering locations based on the annual planner.

Create health & safety packs and issue to clients.

Receive reports following visits, action any remedial works.

Issue completed reports to clients.

File completed report within web-based portal.

Provide updated progress tracker each day.

Maintain regular communication with all clients and service partners.

Carry out additional administration duties as required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence.
- Proficiency and or willing to learn with the Microsoft Office suite software.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
