Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Statistician to join a fantastic medical device company on a permanent basis located in Oxford. Our client is focused on manufacturing transformative technology.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this position, you will need to analyse and challenge data and procedures to drive for improvements.
- Collaborate with technologists, scientists, and engineers to introduce new machines, materials and procedures, contributing to the design of experiments and analysis of resultant data.
- Assist with manufacturing, stability, and product conduct supervision and technical investigations.
- Any other assigned duties.
**Key Skills**:
- An adaptable individual with a high attention to detail.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Works well in a team.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree or higher level in statistics, mathematics or a similar numerical discipline.
- Acquaintance with leading a team, people management, as well as talent development/training.
- Familiarity working within a regulated or manufacturing organisation.
- SAS/R programming skills would be beneficial.
