HR Advisor

We are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Advisor to join and new, innovative and massively expanding organisation. They are looking for a confident forward thinking and progressive HR Advisor to join their team on an initial 6 month contract with the view to becoming permanent.

- Establishing and developing an effective HR function to drive performance across the organisation.
- Strengthening the employee experience to promote an engaged and motivated workforce.
- Providing advice and guidance to the leadership teams on all People related matters.
- Developing and implementing HR related policies and documents
- Covering HR disciplines: Talent, recruitment and retention; Culture and engagement; Development of performance management processes; Leadership and Development; and Reward and recognition.
- Providing advice and guidance on HR support, best practice and employment legislation to all stakeholders.
- Developing the organisations recruitment process
- Developing the onboarding process
- Dealing with all ER matters in line with employment legislation.
- Managing processes to ensure all HR records are maintained

**Person Specification**

The role would be based on the Gateshead Quayside and would be a hybrid role. Working in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with home working Thursday and Friday. This is an extremely flexible role with core hours between 10-2 with the option to work the other hours when suits you.

The salary would be in the region of £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience.

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
