**We are seeking an experienced colleague to shape and drive the development of our financial and operational strategy alongside the continued day to day management of our operations and delivery. This is a new role reporting directly to the CEO and as such there is an exciting opportunity to shape the role as the company grows.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Chief Executive Officer to identify and deliver organisational growth needed in order to remain distinctive, be sustainable, grow and continue to achieve its mission
- Manage day to day operations of the company ensuring effective delivery process are in place to ensure excellent delivery
- Maximise operating capabilities through identifying and implementing improvements in systems, processes, procedures and working methods
- Be accountable for ensuring that all business support operations (some of which are outsourced) including HR, IT, data systems, training and administration are performing efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the project management of internal delivery and development projects
- Oversee and manage marketing strategies to maximise revenue.
- Design and execute business strategies to ensure growth including through building our customer base and identifying new business opportunities
- Work with the CEO and Finance Manager and other teams to lead and set the annual budget process
- Work with the Finance manager to produce financial oversight/reports
- Work with the CRM and data support manager to carry out analysis to inform productivity and growth
- Ensure all aspects of the business are compliant including GDPR and legal aspects
- Line manage a small team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £53,613.00-£59,067.00 per year
