**Position**:
As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees. Your excellent communication and multitasking skills will be essential in handling various administrative tasks while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanour.

**Front Desk Operations**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, always ensuring a professional appearance.

**Visitor Management**
- Register and log in guests, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Issue visitor badges and ensure they are returned upon departure.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals and handle guest inquiries effectively.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update office records, including contact lists and directories.

**Communication**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries, providing accurate information or routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Relay messages promptly and efficiently to relevant parties.

**Problem Solving**
- Address minor administrative and operational issues that may arise, seeking guidance from superiors when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a willingness to find solutions.

**Multitasking & Co-Ordination**
- Manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, balancing the needs of visitors and employees.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.

**Hours of Work**

Monday - Friday

09:00 - 18:00

1 hour lunch break per day

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- GCSE or equivalent in English & Maths.
- Qualification in business administration or customer service desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
