Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as the Marketing and Programme Coordinating Director. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving our marketing initiatives across various platforms and ensuring the seamless coordination of our holiday and Edufy clubs.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Studyright's holiday clubs, Edufy clubs, and other educational programs.
- Manage Studyright's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering a strong online community.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.

Programme Coordination:

- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of holiday clubs and Edufy clubs, ensuring they run smoothly and align with educational objectives.
- Work closely with instructors, facilitators, and other stakeholders to coordinate program logistics, including resources, materials, and venues.
- Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians, providing program details, updates, and addressing any concerns.
- Evaluate and continuously improve program quality by gathering feedback from participants and implementing necessary enhancements.

**Requirements**:
Either
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field Or
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £850.00-£1,000.00 per month
