Role Highlights:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the backbone of operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient logistics, focusing on *sea freight*.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Shipping Expertise: Manage orders by sea freight, airfreight and road, orchestrating the movement of products from all origins (focus on Far East to UK/USA)
- Document Perfection: Maintain meticulous documentation standards and oversee document control procedures.
- Logistics: Track shipments daily and weekly, optimizing container planning from various suppliers.
- Global Delivery: Process daily deliveries and shipments across multiple international destinations (ASIA, US, DUBAI, EU AUS)
- Issue Resolution: Handle and record incidents and issues, taking swift corrective actions.
- Customer Service: Manage customer order bookings and diligently follow up on order statuses.
- ERP Efficiency: Utilize ERP systems to create and manage shipments with precision.
- Information Gatekeeper: Ensure accurate information is communicated to forwarders and clearing agents, including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, and certificates of conformity.
- Duty and Compliance Specialist: Verify and approve Duty, VAT, and T1 documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Warehouse Management: Coordinate with third-party warehouses for inventory management, customer order preparation, and timely deliveries.
- Stock Control Oversight: Oversee and manage monthly stock control activities, maintaining inventory accuracy.

- Performing full shipping cycle from good being raised through till delivery (Focus on Sea Freight)
- Excel Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, including V-Look Up and Pivot Tables.
- Data Management: Strong experience in data entry, formatting, and analysis.
- Reporting Excellence: Craft accurate, concise reports with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Numerical Aptitude: Record, interpret, and analyse data with precision.
- Organisational Skills: Maintain impeccable document organization and management.

- Time Management: Juggle multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating outstanding time management.
