Working 173 hours per month with 7-10 sleep ins

We are currently recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker to work within an emotional and behavioural home supporting and empowering either a childs solo placement or a 4 bedded childrens home aged up to 18 years old.

Duties - to support, care for and empower the children within your home. Our children have come from all walks of life and may need support due to emotional and behavioural difficulties, challenging behaviour and sexual exploitation.

Experience of supporting children and young people below the age of 30 years old. This could be work experience, personal experience or volunteering.

Experience of learning disabilities and mental health rather than physical disabilities.

Driver with car.

In return, you will build a career within a small company who own 8 homes and counting. You will be given an in depth induction and shadow shifts with an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Residential Support Worker. You will be givena blue light card, be able to dress casually, 28 days of annual leave, a 3% contribution for your pension, a free DBS if needed, refer a friend scheme of £200 and will also be enrolled onto an Employee Assistance Programme which will allow you to receive supportvia an external resource for therapy especially after working in a high complex environment, legal advice, retirement plans, housing, general support and more.
