**The Role Includes**:

- Logging new service calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module.
- Daily planning of your allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements.
- Housekeeping of SAP database, sites, equipment etc.
- Updating our customers on their open/ongoing repairs or orders.
- Liaising with other internal departments where required.
- General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department.

**Your Profile**:

- Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
- A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships.
- Good communication and teamworking skills are essential.
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
