**Immediate Start - Rugby Based**

**Rotating shift pattern including earlies, days, afternoon, nights and some bank holidays - 24 hour hour operation**

**£14.02 per hour (£29,161) once on shift**

**On going Temporary contract - permanent role for the right person**

Our very friendly automotive company in Rugby is seeking a forward thinking, proactive individual to join their busy breakdown service team.

**Main Duties**:

- Manage the full breakdown process**.**:

- Keeping customers and dealers informed about their case
- Receive and accurately log customer requests within designated systems
- Look for, and negotiate solutions to resolve cases and if necessary escalate to the appropriate person
- Organise the payment conditions in relation to the breakdown case
- Collect all necessary data regarding the breakdown
- Arrange the payment
- Contact the repairing dealer and find an acceptable solution for the customer
- Inform all involved parties on-time about the progress of the repair and cost

**Person Spec**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
- Sound IT and admin skills
- Ability to pick up new systems and procedures with ease
- Enjoys problem solving
- Customer Focused
