Joining our small boutique brokerage in Bromley, you will work closely with the management team and play a pivotal role in forming our new team.

**Job Location**:
Bromley Town Centre

As our new team member, your primary responsibility will be cultivating relationships with qualifying High Net Worth (HNW) individuals interested in tax-efficient and private equity investments. This entails engaging with HNWs on tailored EIS qualifying and SME lending opportunities that align with their financial goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with warm leads who have shown interest into tax-efficient investments.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships, offering continuous support and after service.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, and government policy changes impacting EIS/SEIS investing.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress, including lead generation, investor conversions, and overall performance.

**Experience**:

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated demeanour with a can do attitude.
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving desired results and meeting targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong client relationship management skills, prioritising exceptional professionalism.

**What's on Offer**:
We offer a generous commission structure. OTE 5K+/Month

**Salary**: £30,503.55-£132,163.83 per year
