Receptionist/sales Administrator

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support our Estate Agency team in a range of administrative duties. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with a strong work ethic.
The role includes performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities to support the business and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
**The main duties**:
- Arranging property viewings via our dedicated software system.
- Answering phones and passing on messages in a clear and accurate manner.
- Liaising with clients and relevant parties as required.
- Attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
- File preparation, closing and archiving.
- To assist with office administrative tasks as required.
- Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour.
