Your job will be to book appointments for our field sales to visit commercial property's for next day appointments a knowledge of Business Rates and the Valuation Office database would be a huge advantage although full training will be given by a chaperone, _we also use Analyse for daily data _once fully trained within the job

**What we require from you**:

- Minimum of 2 years B2B with either Business Rates or Google
- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Excel & Word (some staff use formulas)
- Recreating a call back system for clients
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work in a crazy team
- Objection Handling (Within training programme)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £260.00 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B Sales on Telephone: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Excellent telephone manner (required)
