**As a Senior Residential Support Worker, your role encompasses**:

- Leading and delivering direct care in a residential setting, setting a high standard for support and guidance.

- Advocating for education, assisting with studies, and instilling a lifelong love for learning.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential care, especially in a leadership or senior role, is advantageous.
