**Full time Carer required**
Small residential care home in Camberley, Surrey GU15 requires a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a full time Care Assistant, working mixed shifts across the week. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals who require care and assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

**Duties**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Escort clients to appointments or outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
- Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients

Qualifications:

- NVQ qualification in Health and Social Care preferred
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient nature

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience: Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to details when providing care.

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
