MPA Recruitment are working in partnership with our client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, to recruit a Health and Safety Administrator.

Posts in the Level 3 grade require staff to undertake a variety of duties ranging from supervision and training to advice and guidance for the

public. In each of the functions interpretative and discretionary skills play a significant part, although it is stressed that these skills are brought to

bear within written or verbal parameters and policies set by the organisation. For industrial staff the work requires competence, co-ordination.

**Location - **Belfast

**Hours of Work - **37 hours per week Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm

**Salary - **£10.98 Per Hour

**What the role entails -**

This role will involve:
1. Working to meet tight deadlines within a team environment.

2. Record management / retention.

3. Arranging and attending meetings, recording actions.

4. Providing administrative support to the relevant H&SS Teams.

5. Arranging internal training courses

and recording attendance information on the relevant software system.

6. Providing statistical information for monthly & quarterly reports.

7.Maintaining an organisational Incident Register. 8. Liaising with H&SS Teams to collate information in response to relevant requests.

**Essential Criteria**

BTEC National or equivalent, plus 1 year’s relevant general administrative experience.

OR

**Any other Qualifications/Experience**

IT / Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate

**Salary**: £10.98 per hour
