We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Head of Sales to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in establishing and moulding our commercial team, driving the market entry of our groundbreaking product. Your primary mission will be to introduce our cutting-edge B2B software, which harnesses augmented reality and artificial intelligence to transform the manufacturing shop floor experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
**Sales Department Setup**
- Spearhead the establishment and leadership of our sales team, processes, and systems needed for success.
- Attract and onboard top-tier sales professionals who align with our vision and exhibit unwavering drive.

**Goto Market Strategy**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our startup's objectives and resonates with target markets.
- Unleash your entrepreneurial acumen to pinpoint new market opportunities and industry niches.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, translating data into actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine sales approaches and drive revenue growth.

**Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building**
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy.
- Actively seek customer feedback to continuously enhance our products and services.
- Nature relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the manufacturing sector.
- Drive negotiations and secure partnerships with enterprise-level clients.

**Partnership Management**
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and offerings.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions that provide comprehensive value to our customers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
- A proven track record of successful B2B software sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
