**Team leader - Legal Case Admin - Overdales**

**Salary: Starting Salary from £28,800- £32,000 plus bonus and flexible benefits**

**Shift: Weekend free, daytime**

**Your mission**

Employee engagement is equally important and as a Team Leader you’ll also be responsible for coaching and mentoring individual team members, setting, and supporting personal development plans, and actively managing performance while supporting your peer group and Group Team Leaders.

You’re also responsible for liaising with shared services across Lowell Group and building relationship to support with the delivery of department objectives.

**Some of your key responsibilities will be to.**
- To manage the day-to-day team performance, wellbeing and ER issues.
- To understand the litigation process and the risks behind missing deadlines.
- Manage all correspondence and workstreams utilising various MI suites.
- To allocate work/ensure staffing levels and resources are in place to deliver all KPIs and service levels.
- To lead, manage and develop the team and undertake one to ones, performance reviews, ongoing, coaching, feedback and training.
- Leading and developing the team to ensure cross skill opportunities are maximised.
- To drive quality output, behaviours and that any necessary performance improvement plans are put in place.
- To work closely with the business to ensure queries are responded to promptly and professionally. To maintain documentation for all processes.
- To support the Legal Operations Managers in the development and implementation of process controls and improvements.
- Ensure the team maintains quality of output / decision making and perform relevant checks / audits to verify.
- Embed performance evaluation and quality monitoring frameworks and drive improvements through regular feedback and coaching.
- To ensure compliance to all regulators and that regulatory requirements are adhered to. Support in recognising and implementing change Any other duties commensurate with the post.

**To join us, you’ll need**
- Demonstrable experience of managing high performing teams within an admin function
- An understanding of workflow management
- Previous experience of managing SLA's and work allocation
- Experience or knowledge of debt litigation (desirable)
- Experience of working in SRA/ FCA regulated environment (desirable)

- A starting salary of from **£28.800 - £32,000**
- A discretionary **annual bonus** for a job well done, earn up to 10% of your annual salary.
