Medical Admin/Reception position wanted**
London Healthcare Clinic and City Foot Health is a busy
multi-disciplinary clinic situated in the heart of the city of London.**
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who has previous
experience in the medical or healthcare field. We are a close team with
a great client base and with our recent expansion we are looking forward to
This role would be suited to someone who wishes to work 10-15 hours per
week with flexibility to cover for colleagues' holiday cover around 8
weeks of the year.
Key Details**:
Shifts are to be confirmed, however likely Tuesday 14:00 - 20:00 and Friday 8:00 - 18:00
£10.00 per hour, to be increased after probationary period.
Experience highly recommended but full training can be provided to the

Able to deliver clear and accurate information
Able to use IT and operate simultaneously, numerous computer based
patient administration system

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to
communicate with people
Ability to concentrate whilst undertaking any task as frequent
interruptions / change of priority’s are a daily occurrence
Ability to cope with a variety of work
Able to prioritise and organise work.
Ability to work on own initiative, seeking advice where necessary.
The Role:
Ensure the smooth running of the reception area and consulting rooms
including light cleaning duties and preparations
Confidently manage busy patient areas
Discussing services and products with patients and consultants
Booking in patients correctly on multiple patient booking systems
Typing and formatting medical letters
Liaising with consultants and clinicians to develop service culture and
clinician satisfaction
Be well presented and represent the company to an extremely high standard
Patients and visitors will be made to feel welcome and looked after.
Managing clinic diaries and ensuring that appointments run to time
liaising with consultants, patients and support team
Completing daily cash and credit card reports.
Greeting, advising and helping customers that enter the business
Manage busy clinic diaries to ensure each day runs smoothly for the
whole team
Managing patient bookings for the clinic and liaison with Clinic Manager
and other administrative staff e.g all aspects from initial consultation
to discharge and follow up
Working with the team, you will play an important role of monitoring and
facilitating the information flow and providing administration support.
Dealing with correspondence to patients, relatives and professional bodies
