**Location: Hybrid - London**

**Your main responsibilities would be**:

- Supporting the Discovery, Review and Disclosure (DRD) team of the C-19 Public Inquiry Response Unit (PIRU) to deliver a range of activities, including stakeholder engagement, supporting the team in the delivery of its priorities, management reporting and providing a general administrative support function for the team
- Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the immediate team and wider-PIRU to progress objectives and the teams’ aims
- Maintain and regularly review milestone plans to assist in the delivery of key tasks/challenges across the Information Management Single Point of Contact (IM SPOC) network, ensuring messaging is clear and deadlines are met
- Inbox Management - Monitoring inboxes, including the DRD inbox, ensuring that all items are correctly prioritised and actioned accordingly
- Provide general support to the team such as inbox management, note taking, assistance on a particular project/piece of work, arranging meetings on their behalf, collating information for a set deadline

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- A positive approach to collaborative working, working closely with others to get the best out of both internal and external teams where input supports agreed objectives
- A clear communication style ensuring there is complete clarity around shared objectives
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often on complex tasks with competing priorities, individually or part of an effective team
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to establish networks and reciprocal working relationships across the department
- Inquisitive, curious and keen to learn and share your knowledge and experience with others
- Highly motivated and self-starting with the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent organisational skills, including an ability to balance time management across competing priorities
- A track record of providing advice and succinctly interpreting and communicating theories and methods to wider audiences
- Ability to build and foster close relationships with stakeholders, establishing links across business areas
- Clear communication skills and written work, able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences
- A strong customer focus and ability to work closely with others
- Experience with inquiry work or working for an inquiry
- Experience with handling sensitive information
- Computer literate, with demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar
- SC Clearance
- Understanding of the organisational challenges involved in preparing for and responding to a Public Inquiry.- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
