English Braids Ltd is looking for a Production planner to join our team. The Production planner will work closely with the Production Manager to organize and oversee the production of our products. This position will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with production team to ensure timely, accurate, and complete production orders.
- Oversee all aspects of production including but not limited to product creation, quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure that orders are completed on time and to customer specifications.
- Ensure that orders are properly labeled and packaged.
- Ensure that orders are shipped out in a timely manner.
- Work closely with warehouse team on pick-up and delivery of orders.
- Prepare weekly reports on production schedule, quality control, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports on inventory levels, reports on sales performance, etc.
- Prepare monthly forecasts for budgeting purposes.
- Prepare invoices for payment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge Requirements**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 year of experience in a similar position preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required. Experience in manufacturing or related fields is required.
- A background in inventory control or inventory management is highly desirable but not required.
- A strong background in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desired along with strong computer skills in Excel and Word (preferred). A strong work ethic along with a positive attitude are essential along with excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Must be able to work weekends when needed when dealing with last minute orders for our Malvern location which is Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00pm (normal business hours).

**Key Skills**
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Microsoft Business Central ERP production planning (or similar system)
- Knowledge of ERP concepts and production control.

Salary is indicative although flexible based on experience against key skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £35,000.00 per year
