**Your new company**
A Charity based in Surrey, offers mostly remote working to an experienced Governance Manager with additional experience in Planning.
**Your new role**
A 3 month+ Interim role supporting the Charity with some key Governance requirements until a permanent recruit is found.
Your role will be a mix of the management and running key Governance meetings, liaising and supporting the Trustees and Planning to steer the Charity forward.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have several years experience working within a Governance Manager role, ideally in a Charity or similar organisation.
You are likely to have a qualification in Corporate Governance, Business Management, Compliance, Regulation or a Legal training.
Ability to work closely with and influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional Planning skills
**What you'll get in return**

- there is a requirement to attend Governance and other Committee meetings in the South East region.
Day rate between £230 and 300 per day (depending on pay route, in-scope of IR35)
