They are based in central London, a stone's throw away from the Thames. The groundbreaking business is currently turning over £35M per year and only a small fraction of that is from digital - So this opportunity would be perfect for someone looking to make a big impact in the business and boost their digital presence.

They have recently had many positive changes within the business, which has created room for a new eCommerce Executive role, that has a real drive for success, attention to detail, and progression.

**About the role**:

- Responsible for owning the execution of all eCommerce activities to achieve revenue targets across all organic digital channels.
- Provide detailed analysis to track KPI performance, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Liaising with colleagues and agencies to make sure everything runs smoothly across customer experience, usability, and performance reporting.
- Strategise ways to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Taking ownership of stock allocation, and continuously improving campaign performance with A/B testing.

**About you**:

- A great understanding of web tools (Google Analytics)
- An eCommerce enthusiast with a positive attitude for their career and development
- Some basic HTML/CSS coding and Amazon Seller Central experience is a bonus.
- Strong ability in using Excel and love for skincare products.
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for details.
- Experience using Magento/Shopify/BigCommerce.
