**Job responsibilities typically include the following**:

- Data inputting of customer information onto the company’s CRM system
- Providing administrative support to the events team across all weddings as required
- Preparing invoices and receipts
- Organising payments and deposits
- Conducting venue show arounds with existing customers
- Providing support during menu tastings and preparing welcome packs
- Assisting at external events and exhibitions
- Responsible for overseeing customer check-outs post wedding day
- Supporting the delivery of post wedding events
- Collecting feedback from couples

**Experience and qualities required for the role**:

- Previous experience in an events role and/or an events/hospitality management qualification preferred
- Ability to work both as part of a wider team but also under own supervision
- Professional approach and flexibility in adjusting working hours to suit business needs
- Proven administrative skills from within a customer service background
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills are essential
- Experience of working in a paced Food and Beverage environment preferred but not essential
- You will be a proactive problem solver, who can prioritise deadlines to deal with changing requirements
- Due to the location of the venue a driving license is preferable

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
