Looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who will be responsible for securing new home sales and managing the customer experience in line with the New Homes Quality code.
DUTIES:
- Meet and greet clients on site.
- Qualify client requirements and provide demonstrations of the show home.
- Assist clients throughout the process with their selections/choices.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
- Secure sales of properties within budget and process all sales administration.
- Monitor general presentation of site, completed homes and report any non-compliance
- Collation and continuous research of competitor sales, re-sale values, market trends and advertising
- Regular progress/update reports to be submitted to Sales Manager
- Visitor reporting and sourcing of enquiries
- Monitor survey feedback.
- Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features
- Accommodate clients to view the show home out of hours (when necessary)
- Monitor legal completion dates, exchange of contracts/conclusion of missive and sales
- incentive plans.
- Update, monitor and run reports from the CRM system, Site Stream (training provided)
- Attend weekly meeting with construction team to discuss build progress and updates
- Produce and issue minutes of meeting.
- Continuous monitoring of sales literature for accuracy including the Consumer Code for
Home Builders and the Property Misdescriptions Act
- Any other duties relating to the smooth and efficient running of the on-site sales function.
- Observe Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain awareness of local employment and market trends which may affect relevant
- developments.
- General housekeeping of show home and sales office
QUALIFICATONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Good level of general education including Maths and English
Strong IT skills with the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
Previous experience of new homes sales is essential.
Strong relationship building skills.
Evidence of working towards and achieving targets
Flexible approach to working, will include weekend working.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional, hardworking, personable nature
Good attention to detail
Excellent personal presentation skills in order to represent the company.

**Salary**: £20,689.97-£26,331.56 per year
