Customer Service Administrator

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for the customer satisfaction and administration of the production department. Ensuring all complaints are managed successfully and professionally and the office administration is completed.

**As Customer Service Administrator, your key responsibilities will include**:
- **Customer Service **- the key responsibility for this role is regularly answering customer calls, managing the customer’s expectations and passing them on to the relevant people.
- **Complaints** - you will be managing the end-to-end complaints process, escalating any technical complaints to the Production Manager.
- **Support **- support the office team with administration duties as required, providing cover for holiday and supporting the team with submissions
- **Processes** - As part of the role and team you will be reviewing our processes, ensuring that we are efficient in all that we do always
**Success for you & key requirements are**:
- Increase technical knowledge to develop an understanding
- Develop communication skills, building relationships with key stakeholders.
- 100% complaints procedures adhered to and completed within agreed SLA.
- Greater than 90% customer satisfaction score.
- All production administration completed monthly.
**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
