It’s a busy time for our business so you’ll need to be a self-starter who is confident in managing your own workload while making/receiving calls to gather information. You’ll ideally have proven experience of working in customer service role and work wellwithin a team. With very effective communication skills, you’ll be competent in maintaining accurate records, with experience of working on internal databases and excel being desirable.

Hours - Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours

Benefits - Salary, 22 days holiday (increasing to 27 days), pension, health cash plan and group life scheme
