**Tasks may involve**:

- Supervise and support the teaching of drama activities of individuals or groups and facilitate in their physical and emotional development.
- Monitor individual pupil's progress, achievements, problems, condition and development reporting to the responsible teacher as appropriate
- Assist the teacher in the supporting the learning of pupils on the SEND register.
- Assist the teacher with the planning of learning activities in the drama studio or designated areas preparing or modifying work for individuals or groups of pupils as directed.
- Use strategies in liaison with the teacher, to support pupils to achieve learning goals
- Assist the teacher with the administration of tests and assessments.
- Input into the school co-curricular through Drama Clubs or similar.
- Support of whole-school dramatic and musical performance
- Support the use of computing in learning activities and develop pupils' competence and independence in its use.
- To prepare and maintain equipment and teaching resources for lessons as required
- Prepare classroom as directed before and after lessons and the display and presentation of pupil's work.
- Participate in personal and professional development activities to meet the changing demands of the job and encourage and support other staff in their development and training.

- Works well with other people but able to work using own initiative
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks set
- Able to communicate effectively in spoken or written form

**Training to be provided**:
Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Oftsed good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoked to your particular role.
