We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Assistant to join our team. As a Property Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Property Management Company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the real estate industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with property showings and tours for potential tenants
- Advertising properties on our portals, window display, and instructing boards
- Preparing property details on our computer system when a property becomes available
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to current and prospective tenants
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in property management software (Alto)
- Assist with Tenancy preparation, renewal processes, and changeovers
- Notifying the relevant Utility Companies of tenancy changes
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Organising Rent Guarantee Insurance for all the rented properties
- Booking appointments for Inventory Clerks and Organising Cleaners
- Uploading Tenancy Agreements, Inventory Reports, and Certificates
- Organising Gas Safety Certificates, EPC, Electrical Certificates, and all associated admin involved

**Skills**:

- Responsible attitude to work and demonstrating attention to detail
- Proficiency in Alto or similar property management software
- Excellent office skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
