With over 30 years’ experience within Residential Sales and Lettings, this privately owned and expanding Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their vibrant team. With 3 busy offices, this company is continuing to expandand would love someone to join who can continue to grow with them.

The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for:

- Booking property viewings, confirming photograph time slots - ordering EPC, Photos & Floorplans
- Producing property details brochure then sending to owner upon launch of property
- Chasing Terms, AML and references back
- Key checks for Lettings & Lettings Management
- Updating new instructions excel spreadsheet accordingly
- Printing sales and lettings property list
- ensuring that the office looks tidy and presentable (updating magazines, property list, watering flowers inside and outside)
- Assisting with clients coming into the office

The successful Lettings Administrator will:

- Have at least 12 months Lettings administration experience within an Estate Agency
- Commit to providing the highest level of customer service
- Have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Have exceptional organizational, time management and prioritising skills
- Be able to work under pressure whilst multi-tasking to meet strict deadlines
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Possess excellent skills in Microsoft Office package

Working hours: 5 days per week 9.00am - 5.30pm.
