As an Internal Sales Advisor at HSS ProService, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales through amazing customer service. You will be converting inquiries into revenue and delivering world-class customer experiences.

This role is based on a hybrid working model, working 3 days per week in our head office in Trafford Park working standard office hours between 8.30am and 5.30pm.

**What you’ll do**:

- Respond to inbound inquiries via various channels to turn them into orders.
- Administer customer orders with great attention to detail to get successful outcomes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with operations teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Be curious about our customers' needs to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Assist customers in navigating our digital channels for maximum convenience.
- Stay up-to-date with our products/services to maximise on sales opportunities.
