Telessales Hire Desk Executive

Clearway is the fastest-growing provider of construction site security and environmental services in the UK.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join our Hire Desk sales team, focusing on the construction and infrastructure sector. You will play a vital role in Clearway's exciting new venture and contribute to their continued growth plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage hire desk enquiries and process enquiries through to deployment.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls and online sources to promote services.
- Customer engagement

**Key Experience Required**:

- Experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels including social media and other on-line sources.
- Previous work experience in telesales or call centre environments.
- B2B sales experience is advantageous.
- Flexible approach to achieving KPIs and targets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Self-starting and highly motivated.
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the plant hire or construction sectors would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.

The role will be based in our Haydock office. Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
