Hours: 45 per week / 08:00-17:00

Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently looking for someone to join a dynamic and quickly growing business that would like to be part of our successful team. As a Hire Controller:

- First point of contact for the customer
- Checking the availability of stock
- Maintaining equipment statuses
- Coordinating with the customer service and transport teams to ensure that the correct products are ready
- Communicating effectively with other colleagues
- Previous experience in a busy hire environment
- Understanding of plant, equipment too24000ls or material industries
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- CRM systems
- Good communication both orally and written

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individuation who is looking for the next stage in their career, you will have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in a customer service, hire desk environment would be beneficial, with the abilityto demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
