Firth & Co are a wine merchant dedicated to sourcing interesting and well-made wines from around the world, and supply them to some of the best Restaurants and Hotels In Yorkshire and the North-East.

Personal service and excellent wine knowledge are the cornerstones of our company, as we aim to help our customers select the perfect wines and expand their knowledge along the way. We constantly seek out new and exciting producers to add to our range, that we supply to hotels, restaurants, and private customers.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative at Firth & Co Wine Merchant in Northallerton. Your day-to-day tasks will involve wine sales, wine education and some help in the office and warehouse, all whilst upholding our excellent levels of customer service. You will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, assisting with wine selection, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is based in our Northallerton office, but will also require travel to visit new and existing customers.

- Wine Education and Communication skills
- Experience in sales and providing excellent customer service
- Passion for and knowledge of wines
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience or education in wine-related fields is a plus
- Willingness to learn and progress a career in the wine industry

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
